What are the size of your bed packs?
Do linen orders include the bed being set up?
No, when you book a linen order the driver only delivers the linen, they do not make the beds. We only make the beds if a cleaning order has also been booked.
Can I get refunds for linen deliveries?
If the linen is stained/ripped and meets the reject policy then we will try our best to send replacements as soon as possible. If we are unable to do this then we will refund the linen that is damaged.
What is the charge for a linen order that is made past the cut off point?
If you make a last minute order for linen then there is an additional charge of £5 (excluding VAT).
