Once I’ve made a booking, how will I know what time the cleaner will arrive?
A day before the cleaning, our operations staff will send a message on the Whatsapp group chat with the approximate arrival time. You can select a time window for the cleaner to arrive when scheduling your clean, in which we will carry out the booked number of hours of cleaning.
