When booking a cleaning service, it's crucial to understand the services provided. This guide and checklist is to assist customers in choosing the appropriate cleaning package for their property. Our cleaners are well-versed in serviced apartments and short-term rental cleaning services. Additionally, we offer mid-stay and deep cleaning services.


Short-let Cleaning Checklist


Kitchen

Clean surfaces of appliances, counters, cabinets, tables and chairs

Wipe down, sinks, countertops and backsplashes

Wipe cooker top, and hood and wipe out inside of the oven (we will not deep clean the oven)

Wipe inside and outside of the refrigerator and microwave oven
Hoover and mop floor (You will need to provide a wired vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket)

Empty dishwasher and ensure cupboards are presentable (We will not reclean

or descale crockery)

Put out a clean dish towel and a new dish sponge (if they are available or have been ordered)

Living Room

Clean, dust and vacuum Dust window sills and ledges

General light dusting (excludes ceiling lights, electricals and ornaments)

Vacuum carpets or mop the floor

Hoover and mop floor (You will need to provide a wired vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket)

Dust furniture and clean mirrors


Bathroom

Clean and sanitise showers, bathtubs, vanity, sinks and backsplashes

Clean mirrors

Clean and sanitize toilets/check toilet brush

Mop floors

Empty wastebasket

Replenish toiletries and set out (If provided by host or ordered through Airlinen)
Supply clean linens – 1 bath sheet and hand towel per guest (in line with our linen hire service and your order)


Bedroom

Change, the duvet cover, sheets, pillowcases, hand towels and bath towels in a hotel standard (Please remove from the property your personal linen & towels, as we cannot be responsible for missing or damaged linen when using our linen hire service)

Surfaces dusted and cleaned

Floor or carpet hoovered and bins emptied


Mid-stay Cleaning Checklist


A "Mid-Stay Cleaning" is a service arranged to take place midway through a guest's stay. It is priced higher than Shortlet cleaning because it involves working around the guests' belongings on the property. This demands additional time and meticulous attention during cleaning to maintain safety and handle the guests' items properly. Our primary focus is to handle these possessions with the highest level of care and respect throughout the cleaning procedure.


Kitchen

End of Tenancy & Deep Cleaning Checklist 


End-of-tenancy cleaning also referred to as move-out or exit cleaning, is a comprehensive process conducted after a tenant leaves a rented property. What do you need for a successful clean?


We ask all customers to provide clear and detailed access information so that the cleaning runs smoothly and to prevent delays. Access information consists of lockbox /

Keysafe codes, Keynest location, property information e.g flat numbers, access times and safe place information.


Additionally, all customers must have their own cleaning materials in the property before the cleaning. This includes your own Mop, bucket and vacuum cleaner. You can either purchase it yourself or through your dashboard when placing your booking.
