Can I change the day for a cleaning?
As long as the change is made before our cut off point of 72 hours, we can reschedule the day for a cleaning. Any cleaning changes after the cut off point are non refundable. However, If you miss the cut off point you can contact us on your WhatsApp channel or our office on 0207 112 8733, letting us know the details of your clean and we will do our best to reschedule your order.
If this is not possible with the same cleaner, we will have to re-book the clean as a new booking with a new cleaner and this will be charged at the full rate.

When will I be charged?
