Your booking is a time window and does not reflect the actual arrival time of the cleaner.
Please also note we do not guarantee same-day check-ins but we will try our best to fulfil the required timings. If there is ever a situation where the cleaner is late, such as public transport delays, then we will communicate this to you so you are aware of this.
Time slots are calculated automatically depending on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas. This takes into account the time taken for our cleaners to access the property, carry out an initial once-over of the property and take after photos and final quality check.
If you book a 2.5 hour clean, our system allocates a window of cleaning double the number of booked hours.
For example a 2.5 hour clean booked at 10am will be cleaned between 10am and 3pm.
OR
A 2 hour clean booked for 11am, will be cleaned between 11am and 3pm.
