How to book a collection?
Click edit on the property you would like to book a collection for and under the linen hire tab add 1 for pickup. A collection costs £18.00 (including VAT). This is if you want a collection without a scheduled order, however if you have arranged another order for linen we will pick up the linen for free. If we do not receive linen back, we have no stock to service and rehire. Lost linen and damaged items should be reported so that we can replenish our stock and ensure you receive all items as expected on your next delivery.

Can I get refunds for linen deliveries?
If the linen is stained/ripped and meets the reject policy then we will try our best to send replacements as soon as possible. If we are unable to do this then we will refund the linen that is damaged.

No, when you book a linen order the driver only delivers the linen, they do not make the beds. We only make the beds if a cleaning order has also been booked.
