Do cleaners bring with them their own cleaning products and cleaning tools?
Our cleaners do not bring cleaning supplies with them. All our current clients’ properties are equipped with a brush, a mop, hoover and a duster. Should the property not be equipped with the needed items, we will only do our best with what is available and cannot promise the quality of the clean. We advise the client to provide the relevant cleaning products in order to provide the cleaning services they expect.
Please ensure the following is available as a minimum at the property:

Multi-surface Polish
Kitchen Spray
Power Spray
Limescale Spray
Floor Cleaner
Cloth
Toilet Bleach
Sponge/Scourers
Dishwasher Tablet
Washing up Liquid
Washing Machine Pod
Kitchen Roll
Mop & Bucket/Vacuum & Vacuum Bags
If there are certain chemicals that should not be used on a specific surface e.g wood or chrome this must be considered prior to choosing your cleaning materials. Failure to do so may result in damage that we are not responsible for.
