What should I do if the guests complain about the cleaning?
As a company we will always try our best to provide a clean to a high standard to ensure your guests are satisfied with our service. However if there is a situation where you have received complaints from your guests about our cleaning then please send pictures to the whatsapp group as proof of the complaint within 24 hours of the cleaning. If the situation is urgent, we'll do everything we can to minimise any inconvenience by sending the cleaner back as soon as possible. We do not provide any compensation for loss of revenue or costs incurred to you due to cancelled bookings on your short-let apartment.
