  A failed order is any task that is cancelled once the driver is en-route or at the delivery destination.

• What is the minimum order amount?

  Our minimum order charge is £20.

• What is the charge if I cancel an order before it is cut off?

  There will be no charge if the order is cancelled before the cut off point.

• Do I have to pay an additional delivery charge?

  We cover central London and most parts of greater London. If we do not cover your area, you may be subject to a delivery charge as we need to get additional vehicles on the road to accommodate the time slot delivery.

• What is the charge if I cancel an order after a cut off?

  If you cancel after the cut off point there will be no refund and the full charge fee will still apply.
