What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel or reschedule an order free of charge at any point before the cut off time. You will incur a £10 cancellation fee for all orders cancelled or rescheduled after your agreed cut off time unless otherwise agreed. Wavering the cancellation fee lies solely within the discretion of the company and under considered circumstances.
