What do I do if I have any order queries?
If you have any order queries please contact us on our WhatsApp group chat and our operations team will try get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively if you are unable to do this then at the bottom of your order, there will be a small button that says assistance. If you left click on it then you can fill in the relevant details about your query and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
