How to place orders?

  1. Select Your Property: Begin by selecting the property you'd like to service and add it to your shopping cart.

  2. Choose Date and Time: After adding the property to your cart, you'll need to choose the date and time you require the service. We offer deliveries within a 90-minute window, giving you flexibility and reliability. Please note that we need a minimum of  3pm the day before notice for linen orders and 72 hours notice for cleaning orders. 

  3. Customise Your Order: Click on "Edit Order" to browse and select from our wide range of services, tailored to meet your specific needs. Here are some of the services you can choose from:

    • Linen Hire: Fresh, high-quality linen for your properties.

    • Cleaning Services: Professional cleaning to ensure your property is guest-ready.

    • Maintenance Services: Quick and efficient maintenance solutions.

    • Cleaning Supplies: Essential supplies to keep your property spotless.

    • Consumables: Stock up on everyday essentials.

    • Toiletries: Provide your guests with premium toiletries for a comfortable stay.

  4. Finalise and Place Your Order: Once you've customised your order, click on the "Place Order" button. You'll be prompted to add your payment details and confirm your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

  5. Complete Your Order: After confirming everything, click "Place Order," and you're all set! You've successfully completed your first Airlinen order through Tracker.
