How do I pay?

We are a  completely pay as you go system and process payments via Stripe. Once you have set up your account, we set you up for automatic billing. You will receive your invoices and receipts to your registered email account. You will not be charged until the day before your booking.

    • Is there a contract?

      There are no long term contracts. There is no minimum monthly spend and is pay as you go.
    • Do I need to pay upfront or after the service is completed?

      Payment arrangements are typically made before service completion. Any additional parts required will be charged after completion and customer will receive a payment receipt and invoice for this.
    • Do I have to pay an additional delivery charge?

      We cover central London and most parts of greater London. If we do not cover your area, you may be subject to a delivery charge as we need to get additional vehicles on the road to accommodate the time slot delivery.
    • What forms of payment do you accept?

      We only accept card payment, we do not take payment with cash. We can accept bank transfers but only if it is paid in advance. Financing options may be available for major maintenance work; please ask us for details.
