How much does it cost to reschedule a clean?
If you request to reschedule your clean 72 hours before it has been booked then we can reschedule for free. However if you request to reschedule your clean 48 hours before it has been booked then we can do this for you with a £30 charge.

Can I request the same cleaner each time for my property?
The cleaner that is selected to service your property depends on their availability. Due to this, it is unlikely that you will get the same cleaner every time. But rest assured they are all trained to follow the same process.

Will I get a refund if the cleaners finish before time?
As you would have booked for a certain time there will be no refund if the cleaner finishes early.
Are the cleaners making an inventory?
No, unfortunately the cleaners do not provide any inventory for the property, however we will notify you if any damages are found by the cleaners.
How often should I book a deep cleaning?
If the property is in high use then we recommend a deep clean every 4-6 weeks. We also recommend doing a deep clean when you first put your property on a short let market.
What happens if the cleaners are later than the hour requested?

Why can’t I change the time window for the clean?
Time slots are calculated automatically depending on the numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms so we are therefore unable to change it.
What will cleaners do with lost/left behind property?
We will report this in the group and will leave the items in the property for the host to arrange a collection or forwarding on of the item with the guests.
What will cleaners do with any food left in the fridge or cupboards?
Any perishables such as fruit,fridge and frozen items will be thrown away. Long lasting items such as salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil will be stored.
